Your primary responsibility will be to help ensure the smooth operation of our academy while actively contributing to the improvement of our processes.
You will work closely with 50 administrative and teaching staff and over 400 students, playing a key role in maintaining organizational efficiency and a safe learning environment.
The salary for this role ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with potential for higher compensation for exceptionally qualified candidates.
Additional bonus is paid twice a year, depending on profit.
This position can be arranged full-time or part-time, depending on the interests and needs of the candidate.

We provide a wide range of educational services, including tutoring, test preparation, enrichment programs, and college counseling.

Responsibilities and Schedules:
Availability to contribute 20 to 30 hours a week in person, anywhere from 2pm to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays; actual schedule is flexible Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls professionally Provide comprehensive administrative support to tutors and counselors Contribute to the team's efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required Requirements and Skills:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Experience as an Office or Administrative Assistant Experience with QuickBooks invoice processing Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office Familiarity with email scheduling tools, such as Outlook or Acuity Scheduling Strong organizational and planning skills, especially in a fast-paced environment To apply, please submit your resume directly to email protected .
